Agreement of Services

By engaging in services provided by Joseph Randa, you agree to the following terms:

• Payment: Payments must be made via Zelle, Venmo, or cash according to the agreed-upon terms. All balances are due in full prior to, or immediately upon, the completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made.
• Liability: While all services (driving, moving, pet sitting, landscaping) are performed with the utmost care and professionalism, Joseph Randa is not liable for unforeseeable damages or acts of nature.
• Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a service to avoid cancellation fees.
